The Oklahoma Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ), Water Quality Division
(WQD) is enclosing the authorization, No. OKLAS2200005, to operate in compliance with
General Permit OK65S, for a one-time application of biosolids from the City of Lawton’s
(City) Wastewater Treatment Facility (WWTF). The City’s application for this
authorization was submitted to DEQ on May 6, 2022. On May 17, 2022, DEQ made a
request for more information, and DEQ received the requested information the same day.

Site 2: 159.34 acres in the SE¼ of Section 29, Township 1 North, Range 11 West
of the Indian Meridian, Comanche County, Oklahoma
