On November 15, 2022, the Oklahoma Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ), Water Quality
Division (WQD), received the City of Norman’s request to add five (5) land application sites. On January
20, 2023, DEQ received additional information on the sites’ characteristics. Approval of the sites is granted
based on the information provided.
